Social Media Manager

Company Overview 

Our client is an architectural and interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, hospitality, and site planning projects. They focus on creating elegant, modern spaces that blend functionality with aesthetic sophistication, offering services that range from architectural design to interior styling and site development.

Position Overview  

Social Media Manager to lead daily digital content efforts. This role focuses on producing short, visually appealing videos from existing architectural designs, renderings, and project materials, and posting them consistently to our WhatsApp audience. The position will expand to include Instagram and eventually LinkedIn. This role requires strong video editing abilities, an eye for design, and reliable execution on daily deadlines. 
 

Location: Eastwood, Libis Quezon City 
Schedule: Onsite, Night Shift. 
Employment Type: Full time  
Salary Range: 40,000 to 80,000 Pesos/Monthly

Key Responsibilities 

• This role requires strong video editing abilities, an eye for design, and reliable execution on daily deadlines. 
• Create and post daily videos (M-F) to our WhatsApp group using provided architecture and design content 
• Transform renderings, design samples, and project visuals into engaging short-form videos 
• Manage Instagram and LinkedIn content: 
• 3 weekly posts using similar content from WhatsApp 
• Tuesday project update posts 
• Support the rollout of a future LinkedIn content strategy 
• Maintain an organized posting schedule and content pipeline 
• Attend weekly or biweekly content meetings 

Qualifications

• Strong video editing and short-form content creation experience 
• Solid sense of visual design and storytelling, especially with architectural or design materials 
• Ability to work independently, meet consistent deadlines, and stay organized 
• Experience working with or interest in architecture/design content is a plus 
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and social media posting formats 
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift 
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood City, Libis 

Compensation 
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
