Accounts Payable Representative 

Location: Ridgefield, NJ (Fully Onsite) 

Schedule: Mon–Thurs 9AM–5:30PM, Fri 9AM–1PM 

Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000 

Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is sociable, communicative, and eager to learn, with a background in accounting (either through education or experience) and QuickBooks expertise. This role require strong organizational skills and a willingness to grow. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Accurately review, process, and record vendor invoices. 

• Maintain relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments. 

• Manage outgoing payments while maintaining accuracy and compliance. 

• Track and categorize company expenses efficiently. 

• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and ensure accurate documentation. 

Qualifications: 

• Proficient in QuickBooks. 

• Strong communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams. 

• Sociable and team-oriented personality. 

• Background in accounting (education or 2-5 year of work experience required). 

• Ready-to-learn attitude with strong organizational skills.
