Position Overview
A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists for hybrid school-based positions in Avondale, Arizona. This role includes four days working in person and one remote workday each week. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them develop essential communication skills and achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Location: Avondale, AZ
- Work Setting: Hybrid (4 days in-person, 1 day remote)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $45.00–$76.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide engaging speech therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
- Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.
