Compensation: $45.00 - $71.00 per hour
Position Overview
Our client is seeking multiple Part-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions in Surprise, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.
- Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement IEPs and attend IEP meetings.
Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience.
- Experience as a direct member of IEP teams as an OT.
- Experience conducting assessments as an OT.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45.00 - $71.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
