Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced operational environment. This role will focus on employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, culture, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for both employees and leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a blue-collar workforce within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing settings, and understands how to balance accountability with approachability. This individual will play a key role in reinforcing company culture, maintaining compliance, and supporting the employee lifecycle from hire to separation.
Location: Kernersville, NC
Reports To: HR Director
Employment Type: Full Time, On Site
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 USD annually
Key Responsibilities
- Apply 2 yrs of HR exp. to support employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance in a fast-paced operational environment
- Partner with leadership and frontline teams in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting, providing practical, hands-on HR support
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent application of policies and sound judgment in sensitive situations
- Support compliance with employment laws and company policies through accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and HR process execution
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, building credibility with both leadership and hourly workforce employees
- Utilize HRIS systems and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee data, reporting, and HR workflows
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or other blue-collar environments strongly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations and HR compliance fundamentals
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable addressing sensitive situations with professionalism and confidence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
