Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives
- Advise department heads on HR-related policies and best practices
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees
- Manage performance evaluation systems to support employee growth and accountability
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace through proactive engagement initiatives
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts with fairness and timeliness
- Design and implement programs to boost morale and team cohesion
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Conduct routine audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Develop policies that mitigate risk and promote organizational integrity
Training and Development
- Design and deliver impactful training programs based on organizational needs
- Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and training priorities
- Monitor and refine programs to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Oversee HR systems, recordkeeping, and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and manage the HR department budget
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Ensure all HR initiatives support the organization’s financial goals
- Lead and mentor a diverse HR team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Directly manage the following team members:
- HR Associate
- Recruiting Specialist
- Office Manager
- Employee Engagement Specialist
- Remote HR Manager (oversees a team in the Philippines)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 of experience in HR/Compliance
- Efficient problem-solving abilities
- Process oriented
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
