We are a leading provider of innovative packaging solutions is expanding its sales team and seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive business development and expand our client base.

Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and a proven ability to close deals.

Location: Fairfield, NJ (Travel Required)
Salary: Competitive base salary + commission structure

Employment Type: Full-Time,
Schedule: Onsite
  • Monday - Friday9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sourcing, prospecting, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate labeling solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets, including lead qualification, referrals, and revenue goals.
  • Create and deliver compelling client presentations, manage proposals, and address client concerns.
  • Travel across the U.S. and Canada for client meetings (travel expenses covered).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Track record of successfully growing existing client accounts.
  • Persistent, strategic, and results-driven approach to sales.

Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
