Job Title: Business Development Manager – BPO & Staffing Solutions 
Location: Hybrid (NJ) 
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + uncapped commissions + benefits 

About the Role 

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to lead growth in our BPO and staffing services across onshore, nearshore, and offshore markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity within a rapidly scaling firm. You will have the flexibility to operate as a high-performing individual contributor—or build and lead a sales team as the business grows. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and develop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and consultative sales 

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to closing and onboarding 

  • Understand client needs and position nearshore/offshore staffing solutions that drive measurable outcomes 

  • Maintain an active and well-qualified pipeline; track activities and performance metrics in CRM 

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for activity, revenue generation, and gross margin contribution 

  • Coordinate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality fulfillment 

  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings (virtually or in person) 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience 

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO (onshore, nearshore, or offshore) 

  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales and full-cycle business development 

  • KPI-driven and results-oriented with strong pipeline management skills 

  • Proficient in CRM tools and modern sales tech 

  • An existing book of business is a strong advantage 

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 

  • Superior general computer skills 


Compensation & Benefits Overview 

Base Compensation: 

  • Annual compensation of $70,000–$90,000, based on experience, paid bi-weekly. 

Commission Plan: 

  • Commission is based on Gross Margin (GM) — the net operating profit from new and ongoing client accounts that are onboarded and managed by you 

  • Applies to nearshore and offshore client companies you personally close and manage.
