Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver to handle nightly drop-and-hook operations and deliveries from our Linden, NJ location. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of handling material unloading. This role is critical to ensuring our stores and warehouses remain stocked and operational.

Reports To: Transportation Manager
Pay Range: $30 – $33 per hour
Schedule: Mon- Fri, 1 AM – 1 PM

We are seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver to handle nightly drop-and-hook operations and deliveries from our Linden, NJ location. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of handling material unloading. This role is critical to ensuring our stores and warehouses remain stocked and operational.

Pay Range: $30 – $33 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport pallets of hardwood flooring materials to customer locations
- Load and unload materials using a piggyback forklift (preferred experience)
- Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs and required documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company at delivery locations
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a CDL driver, ideally in material delivery or logistics operations.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. and perform unloading tasks safely.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Piggyback Experience (Preferred)
