Position Overview 
Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic company in the commercial real estate/investment space, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This fully onsite role provides high-level exposure to strategic operations and has the potential to scale into a Chief of Staff position for the right candidate. 

Location: East Hanover, NJ 
Employment Type: Full-Time, onsite 
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 USD/ Annually 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, investors, and external partners. 
  • Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, presentations, and reports. 
  • Organize and coordinate special projects, follow-ups, and high-priority initiatives. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs, streamline workflows, and proactively solve administrative and operational challenges. 
  • Over time, take on more strategic responsibilities, including cross-functional coordination, project management, and executive-level decision support. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in fast-paced corporate, real estate, or investment environments. 
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity/collaboration tools. 
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in commercial real estate, investment, or financial services. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.). 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong interest in professional growth into executive leadership roles. 

Compensation  
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
