About Us:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight to our team of board-certified behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and ABA Therapists. This is a pivotal role for a proactive individual who excels in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of effectively managing and developing clinical staff while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision. 

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, promoting team cohesion, and facilitating the professional growth of team members. This leader will be adept at organizing, directing, and motivating a team to achieve shared goals and consistently produce high-quality work. A strong emphasis will be placed on creating a supportive and appreciative work culture where every team member feels valued and recognized. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Chief Behavior Analyst and collaborates closely with the Director of Clinical Operations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership and Management:  

  • Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and performance management to BCBAs and ABA Therapists. 

  • Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide constructive feedback. 

  • Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clarity and accountability. 

  • Ensure that all team members are adhering to the company standards, and best practices. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration, communication, and overall effectiveness. 

  • Clinical Oversight and Program Management:  

  • Oversee the assessment process, treatment plan development, and ongoing data analysis to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes. 

  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis. 

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral programs, making adjustments as needed. 

  • Oversee accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 

  • Training and Development:  

  • Develop, implement, and conduct comprehensive clinical staff training programs, including RBT certification for those who need it. 

  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure team members are proficient in the latest behavioral principles and procedures. 

  • Stay abreast of current research and developments in behavior analysis and disseminate knowledge to the team. 

  • Collaboration and Communication:  

  • Collaborate effectively with other BCBAs, therapists, and the leadership team to ensure seamless service delivery. 

  • Conduct regular case review meetings with BCBAs to discuss client progress and address challenges. 

  • CentralReach Expertise and Insurance Reporting:  

  • Demonstrate expert proficiency in Central Reach, our electronic medical records (EMR) system. 

  • Possess a deep understanding of insurance reporting requirements and guidelines. 

  • Guide and train BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on accurate and timely data entry and reporting within CentalReach. 

  • Ensure that all clinical documentation meet insurance standards, including appropriate language and required information. 

  • Implement processes to ensure timely submission of reports, allowing sufficient time for Quality Assurance (QA) review before submission to insurance providers. 

  • Performance and Process Optimization:  

  • Develop and implement clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance and achieve general goals. 

  • Create and implement efficient daily workflows within our systems, focusing on automation where possible. 

  • Implement effective activity tracking systems and develop new general systems to streamline operations. 

  • Utilize existing platforms to create comprehensive summary sheets for all clients. 

  • Proactively develop and implement new systems and processes to anticipate and address changing needs. 

Qualifications/Skills: 

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and develop clinical staff. 

  • Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight. 

  • Extensive experience in developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral programs. 

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism. 

  • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements: 

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. 

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. 

  • Significant experience in training staff in behavioral principles and procedures. 

  • Proven experience managing other people. 

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of CentralReach and insurance reporting requirements. 

  • Experience creating Clinical KPIs and implementing automated workflows.
