Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location: Allentown, PA

Schedule: M-Th, 7:30am- 5pm; Fri, 7:30am - 1pm; Sunday, 9am - 12pm

Position Overview: The Forklift Driver will play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including the movement, storage, and management of materials within the facility. This position will also involve restocking the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting customers, and upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and RF scanning equipment to manage inventory.
• Restock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
• Clean and maintain the facility, including returning samples taken down by customers and stocking the food pantry.
• Assist customers with carrying merchandise to their vehicles.
• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
• Transport materials within the facility while optimizing and securing loads.
• Inspect forklifts and schedule maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Pick, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Identify and address workplace safety hazards.
• Adhere to production schedules and safety management standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Experience operating a forklift.
• Strong physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Mathematical aptitude
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
