Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Consultant / Account Manager to assist walk-in customers, wholesale buyers, and commercial clients with their plumbing and design needs. This role requires a balance of customer service, sales, and account management skills. While industry experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate with strong sales experience and is a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting high-end plumbing material for home renovations or new builds.
• Provide quotes, price out products, and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Offer exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain an organized and efficient sales process.
• Manage wholesale and commercial accounts, including developers and contractors.
• Work with industry professionals who source products through the showroom.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets for pricing, budgets, and quotes.
• Negotiate pricing and offer value-engineered solutions to meet client budgets.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to time-sensitive client requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, preferably in a plumbing showroom or related showroom industry.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to client needs.
• Strong budgeting skills and ability to provide cost-effective solutions.
• Quick problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes and requests.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive mindset.
