Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative to lead revenue expansion efforts, secure new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, business development, and BPO industry growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive revenue, build relationships, and develop market strategies to position Med Health Outsourcing as a premier provider in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to acquire new clients.
Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, industries, and markets to grow Med Health Outsourcing’s presence in the BPO sector.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship-building.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
360 Business Growth: Oversee end-to-end growth initiatives, including lead generation, negotiations, contract closures, and account management.
Brand Positioning: Strengthen Med Health Outsourcing’s market positioning through effective business strategies and networking.
Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales pipelines and conversion rates for sustained growth.
Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the BPO and healthcare outsourcing sectors.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align business growth strategies with company goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth within the BPO industry.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare outsourcing, medical billing, or related fields.
Strong professional English conversation and written communication skills.
Strong network and relationships within the BPO and healthcare sectors.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute high-impact business growth strategies.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics and forecasting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000
