Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 USD/Hour

Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration, policies, and employee support.
- Oversee time & attendance, PTO, and compliance in ADP.
- Lead recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and orientations.
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition, and feedback.
- Administer benefits, 401(k), FMLA, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and assist with disciplinary actions and/or terminations.
- 3 or more years of HR experience as a generalist or coordinator.
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adhere to strict deadlines.
