Speech Language Pathologist
Position Overview
Our client is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for in-person/hybrid school-based positions in Placerville, California. In this role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to students, helping them develop essential communication skills and achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals while collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $65.00–$95.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
- Support students in achieving their IEP goals.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to promote student success.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.
