Our client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager & Presales Engineer to join the Projects & solutions Team. This high-level role oversees new client onboardings and major project execution while also working alongside our sales team to scope and design IT solutions for prospective clients.

Reports To: IT Director
Schedule: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD/Annually

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of IT projects for new and existing clients, from scoping through execution.
- Lead internal project engineers and oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality of work.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Own documentation, scheduling, and task assignment across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Serve as the technical lead during the sales process to help scope, design, and present solutions.
- Evaluate client environments and translate business needs into technical project plans.
- Write or contribute to statements of work (SOWs), infrastructure diagrams, and proposals
- 4+ years of experience as a senior-level IT engineer (MSP experience strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing IT projects or leading technical implementation efforts.
- Experience designing and executing Microsoft 365 and Azure-based solutions.
- Familiarity with Intune, AVD, DNS, and server infrastructure.
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, active listening, customer care).
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Desire to grow.
