A leading provider of high-quality medical supplies and equipment is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team and help expand our market presence.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and management within the medical supplies and equipment industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling to physician offices, urgent care centers, and other healthcare providers. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue growth targets for our online platform, Tigermedical.com.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train, lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market penetration for medical supplies and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at physician offices, urgent care centers, and other healthcare facilities. Create strategies for customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth within the healthcare sector.
  • Analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and reports to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales training and mentoring to improve the performance of the sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience as an excellent Sales Manager or eCommerce Sales Lead.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Exhibits a positive "can-do" approach to projects; meets new challenges with a driven and open mind; demonstrates commitment to hard work and diligence, works “on the ground”, and takes initiative to be solution oriented.
  • Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
