Job Title: Flat Printing and Cutting Team Lead

Location: Norwood, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm

Compensation: $35/hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Team Lead to oversee the Flat Signage/Printing department, managing a team of 10 employees. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in hardware and software, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience to ensure efficient, high-quality production. This role is crucial in optimizing operations and maintaining a productive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of 10 employees in the Flat Signage/Printing department.
• Provide leadership and support, ensuring team members meet performance and production goals.
• Utilize technical skills to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software used in signage and printing.
• Oversee daily workflows, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Serve as a bilingual point of communication for team members and management.
• Provide training, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven management experience.
• Technical proficiency with relevant hardware and software in signage or printing production.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in a production environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
