Location: Lehigh Valley, PA and surrounding areas (including Allentown and nearby PA markets)

PC Floors is expanding! With a strong foundation in the flooring industry and a reputation for quality and service, we're excited to grow our footprint across the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. To support our growth, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative focused on flooring materials to join our team.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone with a background in flooring, contracting, or construction sales who is looking to take the next step in their career. The Outside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with flooring contractors, retailers, and distributors in the territory. You’ll receive hands-on training at our store and potentially other locations (such as Linden, NJ) and will work closely with our team to ensure customers are well-supported and well-supplied from our Allentown location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities within the Lehigh Valley and surrounding PA regions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for flooring materials
  • Collaborate with our internal sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer handoff and order fulfillment
  • Stay up-to-date on flooring trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on activity and results
  • Refer customers to the Allentown location for in-store support and product fulfillment
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in flooring sales, contracting, construction, or building materials is preferred
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
  • Solid presentation and negotiation skills
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with a supportive and experienced team
Compensation:
  • Base salary: $65,000 for the first 6 months during onboarding
  • Commission structure: 10% of gross profit starting in the second year, based on performance
  • Training & onboarding: Conducted in-store and potentially in other company locations (e.g., Linden, NJ)
  • Career growth: Opportunities to expand within the company as we grow our footprint
